STARFIT CONSENT of the Data Subject
to the Processing of Personal Data

I hereby freely and voluntarily give my consent to FITSTARS FZCO, registered at: 25469–001, IFZA Business Park, DDP, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, UAE, in accordance with the applicable legislation of the United Arab Emirates, including Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL), for the automated and non-automated processing of my personal data, including by means of internet services and other tools.

We may collect the following data about you as a visitor and/or user of the FITSTARS FZCO partnership program website (https://ambassadors.ae), as well as a partner of FITSTARS FZCO:

• Personal information: such information may include your first name and last name, and, if applicable, patronymic; login and password; mailing address; postal code; email address; telephone number; IP address used to connect your computer to the Internet; computer and connection information such as browser type, version, and time zone setting, types and versions of browser plug-ins, operating system and platform; language; internal user ID; date of birth; passport number; social media ID; data on interaction with the website functionality (e.g., use of service buttons, browsing history, actions in the personal account, data on the start and duration of user sessions on the website); biometric personal data (photo and video images of the user).
• Related information: some data we receive may not be clearly identifiable. We may also collect demographic data, information about your use of the service, and general website-related information (non-identifiable information). We may collect information from both registered and unregistered website users.
• Mobile device data, such as location information. We may use such information obtained through third-party services. However, you can hide it from us. If you do not know how to disable location services on your device, we recommend that you contact your mobile service provider or device manufacturer.
• Third-party information: third parties may also provide us with information about you. If we combine this information with data collected through the service, we will continue to treat the combined information as described in this Privacy Policy.
• Other data provided exclusively for the purposes of participation in the partnership program, including photo and video materials. The processing and use of such data are allowed only to the extent necessary for the Company’s activities aimed at promoting and popularizing its products and services (including through publication on the Internet, in social media, in mass media, in printed and electronic materials, or use in the production and placement of social advertising).

FITSTARS FZCO has the right to process my personal data in the following ways, including but not limited to collection, recording, organization, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, use, disclosure or dissemination, and erasure or destruction (distribution, provision, access, transfer).

I consent to the use of any of my feedback, opinions, or mentions of FITSTARS FZCO, as well as personal data associated with them, for online publications or distribution by the Company for commercial or other purposes.

I also confirm my consent to the terms of the FITSTARS FZCO Privacy Policy and all provisions contained therein.

As the data subject, I consent to the Company providing the transferred information to third parties that render services to the Company (for example, IT support, hosting, marketing services) strictly to the extent necessary, and/or to companies belonging to the FITSTARS group of companies, and/or to other parties whose rights and obligations to access such information are governed by the applicable laws of the UAE relevant to the parties’ relationship.

This consent enters into force from the moment I access the website and remains valid until revoked, but not longer than five (5) years. The period of storage of personal data is five (5) years, and I fully agree to this.

FITSTARS FZCO values its partners and their freedom of choice. The Company takes all reasonable measures to protect the provided data from destruction, distortion, or disclosure. However, you may withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data and your participation in the FITSTARS FZCO partnership program at any time by sending an email to accounts@starfit.com requesting the deletion of your personal data.

Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of personal data carried out prior to such withdrawal.
